                          how do you figure you'll get screwed? I buy mine through Ev1servers.net ... i have a server hosted through them too.

                          Domains were $4.95/year there before, now they're 6 something

                                                      You won't feel so good about recommending them when people
                                                      start getting fucked.

                                                      Ask yourself this. How are the making the couple of dollars they
                                                      are loosing on selling me a domain this cheap? Where does the
                                                      money come from?

                                                      1. It comes from value added services.

                                                      2. It comes from redirecting traffic from domains for which the
                                                      contracts have been terminated.

                                                                                          You can find the domain terms there. The same terms as any other ICANN accredited registrar.

Their control panel do suck, and to transfer domains to a new owner can take some paperwork and faxing. However, for the price, it's not bad. It's also a stable company.
