Depends on where you live.

Every force is a mix of arrogant bullies, altruists, and jaded altruists slowly becoming bullies.

The problem is that when there are "bad apples"... the other cops do everything they can to cover it up, or make it a "union grievance", etc.
And for that reason , the majority deserve to take the blame.

How am I supposed to trust cops to stop crimes on the streets... or solve difficult cases when they can't even stop the crimes in their own ranks ?
