It takes a pretty thick skin as well as good moderation skills.People will always try to get under your skin and you would be very tempted to use that ban button...I thought Amp was a good mod.Very entertaining and could dish it as well as take it..You have to admit he took alot of shit but seemed to keep his cool most of the time.But EVERYBODY has a breaking point.
