I haven't seen this issue being discussed. My situation is not too bad since I only signed up with Ibill after their "We want you back" campaign around 2 months ago.
With the $750 and 2 payments, I'm only down around $6K. I am fairly optimistic that I will see my portions of those sales since the situation is well publicized and the secondary financial institution (First Data) and the company Ibill are both US based. Even if Ibill files a chapter, FD cannot hold on to 3rd party funds.
As of 4 days ago all recurring billing halted to zero. I will never know how much money I lost, but there has to be webmasters here that lost many thousands of dollars more in possible rebills.
