      That only works good if u put in the time. IT will not make you fit if you dont use it.

                  It's all how you look at it. It's only a waste if you don't use it. So yes, you got screwed if you haven't used it but if you have already used it and intend to everyday, you didn't get screwed. Good Luck!

                          SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

                                  I am going to try sticking to it. I also ordered a stepper machine. I looked at the bow flex also and liked this one better
