Make a site that gets 200k a day with no circle jerk script, hard link trades and bookmarkers only, and you will get that price easy.
I doubt any site that has blind link trades would ever be worth that much. That traffic is crap and depends too much on trades.Comment

Was wondering bout the 100k question cause I noticed that on GTS teeniesxxx and hardhut sell spots for $1k each. So thats $30k a month + ads which should be bout $35-$40k a month. The sites are bout 600k combined...

If you need $100k upfront, and you can guarantee it will stay at whatever level it is for X number of months that the buyer would get their money back and that they can monetize on it more then shouldn't be too hard. You'd likely have to run and make it a guarantee in a contract and they'd likely have you chained to them while they waited for their investment back.
