holy shit ev1 is all out of good servers
there are 2 1.7 celerons for 90 a month with half a gif of ram and 700gb transfer and 1 dollar setup if you really need something cheap

Yeah ev1servers are a good point to startup, but once you start doing a good amount of traffic about 5megabits or more, their service is very poor. Your site will be quite laggy and surfers will go elsewhere.Originally posted by MWA378

Also they provide limited support so you'd really need to know how to manage the server yourself, and finally I believe all their good plans are sold out so you might be put on a 10megabit link, hence your machine will NEVER be able to push more than 10. Our boxes can easily handle 20.
