Our harddrives had an issue this morning, which we are steadfastly recovering from. I apologize for not being more on top of this, honestly, the tech email I would normally get didn't come through.
Our team is working out the issues. Once complete, I will inform you of the results in full.

Gonzo, in all fairness it was one email and it was last month. Maybe it got hung up in mail filters, maybe there was a glitch in the system, maybe it's somewhere out in cyberspace.
