Its not a bullshit statement the email was never answered plain and simple.
There is a problem obviously since the email goes to 4 people and no one saw it. Thanks for your kneejerk reaction however this is a problem and they are trying to get it fixed.
Ask Gabe to hook you up with some lube next time though...
