Somehow I highly doubt he hangs on that corner.
Vegas police are notorious for rousting people..especially homeless people.
They have a lot of nuisance laws here just to fuck with the undesirables..and that's a high tourist area...not saying he's NEVER been there...but I doubt he's hanging there slinging dope.
