New Nike Commercial ?
I've been living in a bit of a cave lately, but saw a new (to me) Nike commercial today. It featured sports stars playing in different fields. Lance Armstrong was beating up Lenox Lewis, Micheal Vick was playing pro hockey, Andre Agassi was playing for the Red Sox, Randy Johnson was on the pro bowling tour (a big stretch), and several others. There's a long and short version. There were a few spots where the digital manipulation was evident, but the overall effect was pretty good for the most part. Maybe someone can find a link? Sorry if this is old news.

It looked like they filmed the athletes for some of it, and other parts were digitally cut & pasted. On some of the fast action parts (Marion Jones vaulting, Agassi batting) the image appeared to blur a bit, probably to soften the flaws. I'd have to watch the long version a few more times to be sure. Very cool stuff.

I've noticed that one superstar doesn't seem to sell shoes anymore, they need at least 5 in each commercial usually from all different sports. God we though Jordan made too much money from Nike but imagine how much that paid off for them. Now that guy could sell shoes on his own.Comment
