Just Back From Taking The Bar Exam
... and my brain is fried. It was a grueling experience. I'm gonna watch TV for about a week now. Pizza and beer are on the way. It will be a while before the results come back, but I went in with realistic expectations. Lord have mercy on us all if I pass.

Did they ask a hypothetical question about a European based company using US based lawyers claiming cease and desist for breach copyright without basis and/or proper documentation on a tape against a Cuban company based in the EU?

Hopefully. I went to law school in CA, but soon after moved to Oregon. The Bar here is a little different (they test some different stuff). That's my main concern. On the good side, it's only 2 full days as opposed to 3 in CA. One full day of essays, and one with 200 multiple choice. The multiple choice consisted of almost 100 pages of reading, and you have less than 2 minutes per question on average. I had a headache after 50 questions.Originally posted by papichulo
