I think Kerry is, but everyone grades Bush on a curve because we know he is 'slow'. Kerry Certainly isn't beating him down like debate #1. Bush seems well composed, confident and informed. I still think he's wrong about nearly everything, but he isn't using 'bad form' to help Kerry this time.Comment

I thought the second debate was a tie, but Kerry won this won almost as well as he won the first one.
The reason is that Bush didn't answer any of the questions that the moderator asked. Instead he just dodged them and talked about something else. Or tried to hit Kerry with Repub. buzz words.
I liked that Kerry was coming through with the answers to the questions.Comment

The master-debater just lost. The reference to Cheney's lesbian daughter was as sleazy and tasteless as when the ambulance chaser said it. He avoided direct answers to many questions. He was on the defensive most of the time.
Bush finally pointed out Kerry's vote against the Iraq/Kuwait war. His comment about Ted Kennedy being the conservative senator from Massachusetts was great.
