Finally getting my Scuba Certification!

How many dives do you have now? One of my friends is Scuba Certified but I don't know nothing about it. I'd like to try it one day but just haven't yet. I'll be snorkeling in Mexico this coming week though.

Hey there Zoe....myself and pretty much everyone at Duocash is certified. between all of us here we have three boats, and two extra sets of tanks, BC, regulators, etc....

Next time you're down in Florida, come out diving with us. The water is usually about 80 degrees, and there are tons of reefs and wrecks anwhere from 35 to 75 feet down. (and great lobstering too!

Actually, the weekend before last we went down on a reef about 65 feet down. Water Temp was 82, visability about 40 feet, and there were fish all over the place; big blue parrot fish, barracuda, sea turtles, moray eels, etc.... VERY cool.

I've had my cert for 10+ years now. Last time I was in Florida (couple of years ago) I snorkled instead, damn I loved it.
Have only snorkled since and I don't plan going back to scuba diving

I was certified circa 1988 and did a bunch of dives back then. My final cert dive was off Catalina. Now, I would want to take a refresher course. Like a lot of things, it's hard to do it enough to justify the equipment cost - and renting sucks.

Yeah, just spent around 250, and that was just for fins, booties, snorkel, and a mask. The whole kit and caboodle is a bit pricey...

I'm not certified but I have done some scuba diving. I would really like to get my cert though. Did some reef and shipwreck diving in Barbados and just loved it
