Kerry is betraying the effort to make a democracy out of Iraq. The Muslims do in Iraq what they have done several times before, especially in North West Africa, killing their own people to gain something. If the USA stay firm it can be democracy in Iraq, but Kerry is doing exactly what the terrorist are manipulating him to do.
