Hi. Thanks to Jason from PhotoshopForce.com for showing me this extremely cool effect. Ok, let's get started!
1. Open document, you can use any color background you wish - I used a dark gray.
2. Make new layer, name it 'Orb', draw circle, fill it with black or any color you wish. I used black.
3. Go to Layer Effects, do some settings like the ones here.
You're done! Pretty kewl huh!
