CCBill is an ipsp as is Epoch/Paycom. Epoch ran a special last week where they waved the $750 visa fee but I believe thats now expired. I'm sure they'll correct me if I'm wrong lol

Ibill used to be an IPSP but aren't anymore, they are basic processors but still charge the webmasters rates of an IPSP. The difference between a normal processor and an IPSP comes down to a couple things with the main one being you don't need a merchant account for an IPSP.

If you have a merchant account already then you are set to go with any processor that allows for high risk accounts (such as ours)

If you do NOT already have a merchant account you should seriously consider getting one (we can assist you in that also) if for no other purposes than a backup or to use in conjunction with cascading billing.

The money you save with having your own merc far outway the $750 visa charge.
