    Saving Car Import Taxes

    Ok,
    i could use a little advice from you guys....

    Let's say I wanna buy a $100k car in country A because it's a lot cheaper there than in my country B

    Now I have to get that car from country A to country B (only way i can think of is by ship)

    How can I avoid paying 15-20% taxes when importing the car?

    Can I have the car registered in country A by someone else who takes it "with him" on a trip into country B or something like that?


    Help/comments are appreciated
    I think quite a lot of guys here could benefit from that hehe

              I think it depends on the country... What country did you buy the car in and what country are you having it shipped to?

                              you need to find corrupted custom worker... he will solve the problem for 5% i think

                                      Yeah, I was thinking about the same, because tax for importing car from USA would cost me overall 60% of car price.
