From what I understand, and this may be incorrect, full nudity is illegal in india...

(I very distinctly remember seeing someone looking for softcore content, like what you see in Victoria's secret or Fredericks, for an adult site in India.... he was having a hard time finding it, and mentioned that he needed it because full nudity is illegal in India)...

Ross, give him the membership but find some way to turn it into a PR stunt of some kind. Have him post testimonials on surfer boards, or whatever, if he can get you 2-3 paying members in return then you've more than made your bw costs back, plus he'll turn into a loyal supporter for your site. Reciprocity, if you give people something they'll feel indebted to you and will try to return the favour.
