    Looking for a designer for Movie site

    I'm looking for a designer that knows what will convert for a movie site. Of course, I have to like it myself too. Show me what you got.

    Link me to a sample you've done. Don't show me your portfolio, just give me links to your best few in this thread. I'll check 'em out and contact a few designers.

                              Designers can guarantee whatever they want ;)

                              But I don't see any offering a 100% money-back garuntee if their gallery doesn't convert at 1:X amount of traffic.

                                          Check out fletchxxx

                                          Quiet, who is known for having one of the biggest pay movie sites around, has flown fletch's link in his sig for months saying that his galleries convert.

I think there are a few designers who know a little bit about building a movie site that will convert. You didn't seem to think so. I want to hear from designers who DO know about putting together a movie site. I want to see a sample URL of the movie sites like I asked. I don't want a list of designers. I don't want a list of someone's view of who the top designers are. I just wanted to hear from designers looking for business that feel they know about designing a movie site, and who would list a few sample URLs in this thread. I don't want to go back and forth in email with one. I don't want to tell a designer how to convert my traffic. I don't want to waste time looking through their portfolio, especially the ones who have 100+ sites in their portfolio. Hope that makes sense. Thanks for the post anyway tho I guess.

                                                                                              Not money-back guarantees, but I know certain individuals (perhaps companies as well) will re-do designs or galleries until you've at least made your money back. This can be a huge burden on them considering the traffic you send to them could be 50th round CJ traffic.

I don't know why tia felt the need to post nothing except that I was one of "those" clients. Maybe I am, who cares. Maybe she was sticking up for Trax cause I was rude and misunderstood his intention. Who knows? Anyway, I'm going to buy what I want, and maybe I'll be a little difficult to work with. I don't know. So far, I've worked with lots of designers and no one has seemed to have minded. No need to keep arguing about it. I'm sure she doesn't need my money and I probably wouldn't have wanted to work with her anyway. No big loss.

It was just useless to me. I think there are a few designers who know a little bit about building a movie site that will convert. You didn't seem to think so. I want to hear from designers who DO know about putting together a movie site. I want to see a sample URL of the movie sites like I asked. I don't want a list of designers. I don't want a list of someone's view of who the top designers are. I just wanted to hear from designers looking for business that feel they know about designing a movie site, and who would list a few sample URLs in this thread. I don't want to go back and forth in email with one. I don't want to tell a designer how to convert my traffic. I don't want to waste time looking through their portfolio, especially the ones who have 100+ sites in their portfolio. Hope that makes sense. Thanks for the post anyway tho I guess.

It depends on what your budget is, because this site was quite pricy. But you get a Website that is not only designed properly, but also thinks thru the head of the surfer, not the webmaster, which is probably one of the most important things.

                                                                                                                                                                                  If you want a designer to think like a surfer, have close contact with you during the process of the design and are willing to pay a bit more then contact me.
