SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
Who did you buy it from? I was thinking about buying some 'guaranteed satisfaction' clicked traffic the other day, but after looking at the traffic sources I was thinking it was going to take months to get my 10k lol...

I bought some traffic last month from two different places. I found that the traffic was delivered as promised, in a timely 5 days I got my 30-50,000 uniques (cant remember exact number)
Thing is, it converted like shit. I'll never do that again.

they deliver the traffic (mostly shitty) you should try to get it to convert (tough job), it is only good to boost your trades.
Originally posted by BlueFly I am getting like 100/day. It is going to take like a year to get 25k. Not even worth it.
What should I do?
Talk to the person/company you bought from personaly. Work something out, and ask them what the deal is. They will be able to adjust your account so that you get your traffic faster. Dont panic.

You see that can depend on a lot of things'
one; if your site looks like shit it won't convert. The purchased traffic is the same as traffic traded.
Two; if the traffic source are TGP's and you want to send it to a pay site. You'll find that it doesn't convert that well.
We don't recomend you use our traffic for this purpose.
Also fine out where the traffic comes from;
404, exit traffic, pop-up all convert like shit!!

I think the lesson is that if someone is going to sell you 30-50K uniques for only forty bucks, it's 404 traffic
Just contact them and explain the situation . Still 100 hits a day aren't bad but it's nothing to boost a site

Well, as far as the best traffic, you know I can't answer that.
The best traffic source on the other hand; with paysite traffic you have to get clever with it, because standard pop traffic, expired domain traffic, those are great for feeding your TGP. Paysite traffic needs to be more specialized, more targeted.
What I found works is to set up 3 pages, and set up a customized link ( we can offer for $6/CPM ) - what you would do is have a customized link say something like "see young teens get assfucked by a hard cock" and then when the surfer clicks the link, they're not sent to your tour page, but to a good gallery. But that's not all. This will start the process of warming up your surfer. When the surfer clicks through the gallery, instead of being sent directly to the paysite, they're presented with a FPA or HPA, and this second step should keep them warmed up but subtley inform them of how much of a deal they're getting. This would be step two of warming them up. The final step is how good your paysite and tour is, but one thing is for sure, you have a very interested, horny and ready surfer by the time he hits your paysite.
Thing is, a lot of people just expect to purchase traffic, any traffic, cheap traffic and send it to a page and watch the money roll in. This is not the case, you need to look at every campaign as a serious advertising effort, and maximize the traffic the best way you can.

Of course people are dissapointed with that.
Damn.
Edit: I should note that your site DOES look different than the average broker and your packages are different .. but I don't see the real value. Just to build pr? come on.

It all depends on what kind of traffic you're purchasing and for what purpose you're using it for.
If you're referring to our "Rank Traffic", I can tell you that the pr boost is an added bonus and the product of targeting your traffic with hard links.

Read the post I made above concerning this.
Ok, I read your post and I completely agree, no traffic purchase is a walk in the park and the pre-sale is SO important. The real point to me is that paid TGP gallery spots are converting a lot better these days than most broker traffic and that is CRAZY!
You talk about filtering the traffic and of course that is 100% true, but $22/day for about 600 Uniques ("NOT recommended for paysites"), by the time it's filtered, equals about 100 join page clicks if you are doing things right. So, unless your conversion ratio is AMAZING, why go through all of this hassle for so little traffic? Ok, so you're gonna say PR, but PR does not neccessarily equal profit or even traffic by any means, and 50K to a thumb gallery DOES!
I'm not saying that you are offering a bad product, obviously it works for some people, but I like to see the clicks and the $$'s, and most traffic brokers are charging too much for that to be feasible.
Thanks for your replies, I really like discussing this with someone on the 'other side'.

I'm still trying to figure out where you're getting these numbers from...

It will also start the process of going broke. You are talking about paying $6 per k to send to a gallery! Thats insane unless its se or similar quality traffic, but i see at least 2 people here who actually think this is a good idea. Geez. I guess pt barnum was right.

Yes, you are right about wasting your money if you send to a regular gallery that is good as far as TGP's are concerned.
It has to be good and it has to be especially-built for the campaign. Think image pages, think next links, etc.
Think about that. You're looking at 1,000 surfers who already know what they're expecting before they even visit your gallery, and are warmed up and horny before they even see the join page. All for the price of lunch at McDonald's.
