    Worried about "obscenity"

    I'm an animator. I want to make some hardcore hentai movies (monsters, tentacles) but I don't want to get in any trouble over "obscenities" here in the USA.

    I keep hearing about this "War on Porn" shit and the FBI and I want to know if this is something to be concerned about. I'd like to open a member site to sell my content without worries. What are my options?

    Should I host in another country? Maybe just sell the content?

      as for the other questions, you should consult an attorney if you are concerned as none of us will be able to give you real legal advise, every situation is different, every content is different.

      if you can host outside the us you should be fine as long as long as you don?t actually live in the us, if you live in the us you are still liable to the law no matter where you host.
