I might be hitting YOU up later to take me to the hospital if this crap happens again tonight. I can't figure out why I would have had a panic attack when I was perfectly content, happy that I was going home to rest and not stressed at that paticular moment. Let's home that is all it was though. The panic attacks I've had in the past involved seeing little specs of light and trouble breathing, not all of the other weird crap that happened.

Either way, I appreciate everyone showing concern, it really does mean a lot to me..... I'll let you know what the Doctor says after I see him tomorrow.


PS..... My fingers are still sort of clumsy trying to type... Do panic attacks have "after affects"? Possibly it is just exhaustion from being sick.

I have had panic attacks. They are very scary. You can have panic attacks because of a thyroid problem.

I would go get checked out.

Its hard to say because you have the flu, but it could be a strong panic attack. DEFINITELY see a very good doctor to rule out any physical problems (other than the flu) ... and if there are no medical problems, than its panic attack. My worst one sounds exactly like this. I was heading up the turnpike to orlando jamming to led zeppelin 4 and for no reason at all, there it came. My face was numb, i was drooling and could not speak, my hands were numb, i had sort of like rigor in my body ...

Dont cheese on the tests, normal physical not gonna cut it. Get everything, EKGs cat scans, dog scans, even xray your brain ... one of my male models here in europe just had to have a blood clot removed from his brain for similar symptoms.

If they rule out any and all physical problems i know the best head doctors in the area...

again, check EVERYTHING ... every blood test they can take, every machine in the hospital tell em to hook it up to you. Doctors just wanna get you in and out of their hospital its a numbers game to them. They dont give a shit. (generalization ... of course some do) ... but demand tests for everything.
