How much you give them is up to you. We do a 50/50 split with the money. You have to think, we HAVE to get paid because we pay for advertising, business cards, phone lines, legal bills, office space, phone staff and a million other things that all add up.
How you find girls is up to you. Alternative papers work well when placing wanted ads. It's hard starting out but if you run a good company and give them a lot of business, the girls will start calling you and that will not be an issue. Sure, you can use ugly girls but don't expect to grow a popular company with repeat clients.
Then there is THE LAW...
It's not a business for everyone and to make real money at it, you have to know what your doing. Your best bet is to get in with an escort and drive for her and others, learn the ropes and meet the girls (collect numbers) for a year or so and then branch out once you know a little.
