Aside from the hospital being full of complete retards she's doing better. She couldn't see 10 feet in front of her out of one eye yesterday but has better vision today and the ulcer started going away. They still said it will be a long term recovery with a possibility of vision problems but it's looking better. Had a freind that moved 2 Mexico, signed up for DSL ( she had dial-up before ). She didn't have a firewall, didn't keep virus updated.
man in one week she had all kinds of stuff on her computer, ran so slow she couldn't use it.
She was sending out millions of emails.

I have a couple people who will call me frantic every couple/few months that their PC is "messed up" and I will walk them through the exact steps to remove/restore every time. I explain to them exactly how it happened, yet I'll still get another call.

I got hijacked a couple months back. You're right. It really does PISS you off.
As a suggestion, search for the little application "HijackThis" on the net. Run it. That's all. It's such a great little program, when I was hijacked, their code wouldn't let me search for that term. Had to have a friend download it and email it to me.
