I have to agree with that.

If we can get our giggly 6 year old daughter to pose and get it in one take, there was something else going on.

Facial recognition. All passport photos and info goes into a facial recognition database. They have stricter guidlines now, and some poeple really adhere to them. After all it's the gubment.
