There are differant kinds of bandwidth and there can be reduntant connections.
Also you can buy a $59 switch or a $60k switch to route the bandwidth.
You get what you pay for and trust me your visitors will leave in a second if your site is slow or has basic loading problems.
Save $3 to possibly lose thousands, think about it
