    Jimi Hendrix's Vest...Being Sold On Ebay?

    Here's an odd one.

    Friend of mine actually has a vest Jimi Hendrix left at her house years ago. She never washed it or anything and just had it in storage all these years. Her husband is a famous music executive and let her have the vest.

    Dude called her up to put it up for auction on Ebay and he wanted to give her stupid money for this thing. For authenticity she's got pics of Hendrix wearing this thing and an authorized letter from her husband.

    I met Hendrix twice as a wee kid and that's about it.

    How much do you Hendrix fans and Ebay gurus think she can get for it?

      a pretty penny... She should contact the hard rock cafe and see if they want to put out some $$ for it. Museums would probably just want you to give it to him.

                          I think her agent will probably put it up on Ebay. If he does then I'll know right away and I'll let you know asap.

                          I gotta tell ya though, the wolves are at the door and the Japanese collectors will probably be all over it. You'll have to outbid them bad boys.

                                  Ha ha! That's a good one! Best one I heard was an email from a guy claiming to be Hendrix living incognito on an island in the pacific and wanting his vest back.
