I'm sitting here thinking about it and it gets more and more fucked up the deeper it goes.... christ Imagine the SMELL some of those cars tubes will have, and lets not forget you can't have your minty fresh mouthwash before you go to work or leave the house.

good news ! it's will save brainless masses
i'm sure you can cheat the system with some bug , like those speed limiters on mercedes , but it's sounds like good option by default

i doubt people will try to install something to let them drive drunk. most of the time they do it because they dont think they're drunk.

Depends how accurate it is and if its a nuissance. If it tells you your drunk after 1 beer and won't let you drive it will be disabled quickly.
