Do you think George Bush Did the Right thing ?

Do you think Bush lied to The American People ? The whole world seems to be pissed off at Bush for taking Down Saddam. So what if we didn't find Weapons of Mass Destruction. That doesn't mean that they don't exist. And by the way Saddam is a modern day hitler that has been begging for an Ass Kicking for years.
How is having Saddam out of the picture anything but good for the whole world ? I just watched
http://www.bushflash.com/thanks.html and it gave me some good insite into exactly how we got to this point.

Saddam was NOTHING - a total PISSANT compared to Hitler.

Saddam was installed by the US warred against Iran, killed a few of his own people and got kicked out by the same country that made him.

Hitler took on the whole world and almost won and killed 6 MILLION of his own people.

Saddam was just a tin pot dictator who's time had come.

saddam was a PUSSY compared to Hitler.. I'm not saying saddam was a nice guy, just you're taotally fucking clueless even trying to lump him in with hitler - thats the whole reason you compare him to hitler.. because hitler WAS SO BAD. there are a dozen other fuckups like saddam currently.. who else compares to hitler except mussolini who could actually be considered worse?

you know what I mean, mahoney would say saddam gassed "his own people" so im putting it in his context. well even though revisionists are revising 6 million is still the figure used.. even if it were 1 million it's still far, far, far more than saddam ever did.

I'll take you questions in parts

Do you think Bush lied to The American People ?
Yes, but did he do it on purpose is the question. He had intelligence that told him one thing and he belived it without question. I've read a lot of stuff saying that there were many people who told him Iraq wasn't a threat. I think bush took what info he wanted to support his attack. Then when his justifications were proven false it turns out he lied.

The whole world seems to be pissed off at Bush for taking Down Saddam.
I disagree. The whole world is pissed at him for not being patient and lying. Most agreed that Saddam is a bad guy. I don't think it's that we took him down but how we did it that pisses people off.

So what if we didn't find Weapons of Mass Destruction. That doesn't mean that they don't exist.
you are correct in that they may still have some that we haven't found but let me ask you this: I don't know you or anything about you but if you have a child, or a brother or sister would you trade one of thier lives so that saddam is no longer in power? That is what it comes down to. If he had weapons and was a threat to us then maybe it's worth losing lives to protect ourselves but would you trade the life of a loved one to take out a guy that was no threat to us, and, so far proves to have no WMD's? On that not I think it really does matter that they weren't there.

                            just my 2 cents

Hitler didn't have the technology Saddam had hence Saddam was just as much of a threat as Hitler if not more.

I think it doesn't really matter what we believe, as long as the public thinks there is some reason. The mechanics of international politics is such that the majority of the things that go down, happen for reasons we will never know about.

But you know we have WMD's of our own, what the fuck gives us the right to have any type of WMD's and no other country can't! Do WE fucking make up the rules, NO!

First off, I think Bush SHOULD be impeached for the shit he did. He had NO reason at all for invading Iraq. Saddam has NEVER threatened us, atleast in the near past! Prior to the begining of the war, BUSH made 500 UN weapons inspectors leave Iraq, they couldn't find ANYTHING prior to the war, and they asked for 30 more days before any invasion!

Why do you think he made the UN Weapons Inspectors get out??? Because he didn't want them to investigate for 30 more days and bring out the truth that there were NO WMD's! But this is just my

I think we need to get this fucker outta there, you notice none of the BAD presiedents get assassinated! What a pitty!

But if Bush is in office next year, there may be a draft next year, MIGHT be. And I'm between the age of 18-26, and you know what the US is getting from me if they decide to draft me, is a big FUCK YOU! Cuz I don't support the war, and I would freely leave this country. Now if the war was more concentrated on the Bin Laden deal, then I would, but for this fucking BS in Iraq, fuck no, and they could go fuck themselves!

It is good for the world but the way Bush went about it was the wrong way - it's costing us shitloads of money and soldiers everyday.

In re: to "the child" metaphore I see your point but keep in mind there wasn't a draft for this war it was all volunteer. It's not like anyone was forced to be in the us military.
this is true there is no draft and our military is 100% volunteer. Maybe what I should have said is: How would you feel if your president told the world "this country was trying to make a nuke and was an immediate danger to us" and you lost a child or loved one taking them down only to find out that both of those statements were wrong?

I think that bush should have taken a little more time. Saddam had done nothing in 10 years, what harm could 6 more months do?
