At least Canada pays for all the medical expenses, right? My friend just had a baby a couple of months ago and they got the bill last week from the hospital (not the doctor, tests, all that other stuff- hospital only) - $26,000.

congrats on being a daddy! Before i had my son, I couldn't imagine having a child. But when I gave birth to him, i couldn't picture life without him. He's brought so much joy, laughter and happiness into my life along with tears, fear, worry... hell having a child... its the hardest job you'll ever love. He's only 2 1/2 years old and yet in his short lifetime he's changed mine. Yes, there are frustrations especially in the beginning when you're trying to adjust to being a new parent. Hell, the child is going to come into the world naked and hungry, confused as hell. he's going to solely depend on you and your lady to take care of him and keep him safe. But no matter how hard it gets, how frustrating it can and will be, how angry your child can make you at times, its all worth it when you see a single cheesy grin or a deep belly laughter from your child.

but fuck, dude. you had the easy part of shooting up your soldiers.

do the best you can for your lady because she'll be the one who'll physically and emotionally suffer from the 9 months ahead.
