    Who would use this:

    If you could use an adult friendly hosted guestbook, or forum on your site would you do it? Add interactivity to your sites at absolutely no cost or programming time to you?
    Also a poll, counter etc. Think you or anyone you know would use it?

      perhaps...at no cost to me, so it's supported by advertising? Depends on how intrusive the ads on it are...

                      Seems a bit much.. There are lots of scripts that you can use that are free.

                      I would go for a smaller cut, like a thumbnail banner at the very bottom of every page

                          That's what I mean though. You then incur bandwidth costs etc. This is hosted so you put up a link to it and that's it, you're done.

                              But i had an even BETTER idea..

                              An adult forum/blog/guestbook that works off of an adult sponsor.

                              You send the surfer and you get a cut from the banners..

                              Like the forum would be run by a sponsor program, when the user signs up the ref code is transfered into the banners tracking. So the webmaster gets a cut for life off of everything sold to the surfer..

                              Instead of having 100 smaller forums, you have 1 big forum that moves fast. and everyone gets a cut.

                                          Just like gfy only not for webmasters..

                                          If i send a new signup to gfy, adult.com would pay me a cut from any signups the user makes off the banners.. GFY gets a new customer and a cut the sponsor gets a new customer and a cut and the wbemaster cets a cut..

                                                  Yup . I have seen the same type of thing being discussed on quite a few forums , but nobody has set it up yet. I think with the HUGE increase in blogging and forums , it would be a great idea..

                                                  Imagine if yahoo chat offered a program like this.

                                                          Im sure you could built a custom mod for vbulletin to do this for you. The only hard part is figuring out how to track the multiple sponsors on a stats page that didnt require hand editing.

                                                                      I think it would also be nice if you could customize the headers and footers according to the webmasters who sends the surfers wishes.

                                                                      So if lets say i own coolmovies.com i could add the forum to my site as an integration.Like when the surfer click the forum link it sets the webmasters choice of header banners and footers. But the content is shared between all the forums.

                                                                      Fuck this is a great idea..

                                                                          I wouldn't, but only because i already have the ability to host these myself, but if i didn't/wasn't i suppose it may be a good idea. I dont think popups are a great idea though, you can do much better off of the banners.

                                                                                  There are MANY free bannerless programs out there. But in all TOS they can remove your site if it has adult content.
                                                                                  This one would be PURELY adult content.

                                                                                                  I'd use it on my TGP if I could turn off the popup. Maybe offer something like:

                                                                                                  Two banners (top and bottom), no popup, or,
                                                                                                  One banner (top), with 24 hour popup

                                                                                                  or whatever options you end up with.

I've got one that's been on a site for about 3 years and it's had 2 entries, 1 asking if a sponsor I had on the page sold tapes and another who couldn't figure out how to use the AVS. Neither acknowledged my reply, so I don't know if in my case a guestbook did anyone any good. Maybe the sponsor of the guestbook got a few hits from people looking in to see if there are any messages but don't post any themselves. Who knows, perhaps those few hits X everyone with a guestbook makes mad bling for the board host. They just run a single banner though.
