I am in the somewhat unusual position of completely agreeing with virtumike here...
When you go with a good lease arrangement you get far more content than what you could possibly spend in a month on all the video updates a good stream provider gets up in a month, plus you get the virtue (or should I say virtucon?) of the existing library. You don't pay extra time or money for all the burden that must be taken on by owning the content either, not to mention the legal ramifications.
If you are looking for a lot for a little then a lease is definitely the way to go. Of course I am a content leasing company so what the hell do I know but we also buy content and lease content for HGV so I do have some additional perspective on this matter besides just hyping our stuff...
