1.) There is a difference. One on the left that www.sizegenetics.com and www.mensniche.com sells comes with spare parts, nicer box by far, cd instructions, colour instruction manual and with SizeGenetics also 2 bottles of prosolutionpills and one volumepills.
2.) Production cost on the quality version is a lot more than $40.
