OK, heres kind of a question and a scenario. If you run a site and you fuck girls without a condom, whos responsibility is it to make sure the girl can't get pregnant? Assuming it's the girls responsibility, what if she does get pregnant and sues for child support? Has this ever happened to anyone, and what was the result? Would make a good episode of Judge Judy.

very simple answer:
the father of the child has to pay child support. law does not care how or who you make pregnant. once your sperm did it's work. it is your responsibility - even if the girl lied to you about taking the pill or being sterilized. -

It's not that simple ... depends on what country you life in.
in sweden for example .. as father of the baby in this case you will have to sign a paper ... that the baby is yours ..if you don't do that ... you have no rights ... but no obligations either.....
