    what country..

    - has a 365 days a year warm climate.

    - a safe and solid political climate.

    - modern facilities like electricity and high speed Internet.

    - normal looking people (no asia) that speak English

    - is not too far away from the real world (otherwise id have my answer: Australia..)

    - decent living rates (but not too cheap!).

    Any ideas?
