Verotel require that you registre at Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands to use Verotel PRO.

Does this mean I will officiallly have a company in the Netherlands with a company ID? What about tax and vat?

As I live in another EU country do I have to pay tax both places or how does it work?

ohh... and btw I'm not looking for responses like "use ccbill..." etc.
