I've got an attorney and I'm deciding about the physical address issue. It is one of those things that I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't. If I list it, I've been on the net for over 3 years and have enough stalkers and weirdo fans ...I don't want to worry about them showing up at my doorstep.

No offense, but that compliance issue is a serious one, and could potentially cause trouble for all affiliates promoting your site as well. If the 2257 information is not 100% compliant, anyone advertising, listing, using content associated with the site could potentially be a legal target and in violation of Title 18 laws.

You should look into getting an attorney that's well versed in 2257, because as much as I know it's a pisser to have to do it, the fact is, you are breaking the law. not trying to be a bitch here, but I'm a content provider it's my job to know this shit, and I've seen what can happen when violations like that put you on the radar. You may need to relocate to an office out of the home for that reason, as an office address would suffice for 2257 purposes, only if you actually used it and were available there, though. I don' t get the whole hatred thing. Personally I found what Heather did highly distasteful, but I don't think hate is an emotion that comes into it.
