Just kiddin...
There's not much you can do to drop weight... Other than optimize your thumbs more. They seem to be a bit heavy. You might want to rework your keywords. They could be a bit more effective. (That's as much as I will get into with that)
As far as look and feel goes, I'm sure you'll get some decent quotes.

Voodoo... thx mate. I think I may have over done it on the keywords but have found that having a flashy appealing design will keep the surfers clicking but having lack-luster keywords on the page wont even get them there. I'll work on the pic weight. Many thanks.

The site itself feels very 'clean' I can't suggest much except maybe dressing up the thumbs a bit (borders or whatnot) and maybe adding a graphical header to the page. Other than that it seems pretty nice. I don't think you can do much to change the page weight without loosing image quality. IMHO

The site is nicely laid out. All you could do to improve it without any drastic changes would be to have a logo created and maybe a light watermarked background...

you back ground is too big!!!
the media player images are part of your background...
i would load those as images and optimize them!

ok I have chatted to some really good designers and here is what I am after... (being more specific for quoting purposes)
1 x header
1 x footer
Borders around pictures... maybe a win media player border around the 'Hot Site' pics where I can add my pics each time 'Hot Sites change.
Re-do of the "Check out these Totally Free Adult Sites"
Possible redo of the "Top Free XXX Porn Galleries"
Any other suggestions to make the page more stand out to the surfer while keeping the seo fresh, design appeal and keeping the page weight down.
