This reminds of florida, The roads here are FILLED with old people who cant drive, i see accidents every day here, now all the snowbirds are up in florida, It is like taking a defensive drving course every day driving here.

I agree on mandatory driving tests every N years with a limited number of permitted retakes for those that don't pass the first time around... and driver awareness class for everyone, perhaps 2-3 times a year.

Accidents will still happen... but if it filters out the old and overly-timid, then it can only be a GOOD thing.
