The latest resolution, adopted in April 2004, was co-sponsored by 76 UN member states, one more than in 2003 and the highest number ever."
Belarus and Uzbekistan are the only countries in Europe and Central Asia still carrying out executions...
the US just seemes out of tune with rest of the western world. Course, easy for me to say living in the best country in the world..
