Have an attorney send him a letter telling him to stop using the pictures & the sue him for 100,000.00 dollars. But get legal counsel.
To be fair about this I would like to here Jeff's side of the story...
This sort of thing should not happen... it's bad for the entire industry...

If a model is not happy with her situation, she has every right to quit or seek a new sponsor. But I would never email a model of an existing network to try to lure them away. I'd be pissed if someone tried to do that to one of our girls.
I prefer finding new talent. The best thing about 18 years olds is they make new ones every day!

Two wrongs dont make a right ! Affiliates get paid tru CC bill, the ad on my site is for webmaster affiliates, not models. As it happens this board runs his ad as well........ You going to complain to Lens ?? Dont have the balls do you ?? You run an ad in the newspaper or TV, pay and they will do it for you. I checked back into that high alexa rating for jenni teen model... she has at least a hosted pic of the day for the site.
That's traffic that's on her domain that isn't going directly to the paysite, so that jump's up the alexa rating for sure.

Mutt, as Stocktrader said, it depends on the contract. Companies with a negative worth often sell their assets without selling the company itself. In fact in a bankruptcy, that's a fairly typical way for creditors to recover some of their money. Since Jeff or his company don't seem to have filed for bankruptcy, he can sell assets (e.g. domain names, design, content licenses if they're transferrable), and the money just goes to him or his company.
