    Is Lolita banned from SEs?

    I'm not a sick fuck, I've just read the book recently so I was doing a search on Nabokov's bio.

    Got curious and went to Overture's Seach Term suggestion tool and found out there are 2000 searches for Nabokov per month. Then, I typed Lolita and guess what ...

    No suggestions for lolita.
    I'm not 100% certain what this means but it does seem like Lolita is excluded from the SE tool for some reason. Interstengly enough, "snuff" works just fine...

    What do you think?

      Yes it is banned from the search suggestion tool at least, so is bestiality and I'm sure a bunch of other terms.

              Rorschach, just head to Register.com - this is some serious fuckin business. You type lolita and they give you ALL type of explicit suggestions. There's of course lolita-adaptation.com but the rest is X-rated.

              Btw, just for the record - "beast" is allowed on the SE tool.

                  Never tried that one but i know the overature search tools bans certain words from being searched..

                  Like MARIJUANA and COCAINE to i think

                      The word "Lolita" isn't banned if you search in conjunction with other key words such as the authors name. Lolita+nabokov+book brings up all of the relevant links without the porn links.

                                          Anyway, the keyword is not banned for me, must be something about your settings, maybe parental controls
