DO you use a pay per call DE German Dialer??

Take the shit down.. You arent gunna get paid...

There's a certain webmaster that is reselling this dialer and hiding from webmasters...

I expect to be paid for january Minutes, I dont expect Febuary minutes since the writing is on the wall that it wont be paid from the telco..

Names and Information will have to be exposed this weekend if not resolved..

Hiding and avoiding me of all people is not a good idea. Not if you want to keep a name foryourself in this biz..

No one knows who you are yet.. Lets keep it that way.

Its hard to piss me off, but this shit will do it.

If you want to keep your future reputaion in tact, fix this..

We went from me helping you launch a new site you were gunna work on and have made, to now me getting ripped off by you and potentially letting everyone know not to do biz with you or any of your programs..

You can fuck others but dont fuck the BP4L..

We will have to make an example of you..

There is a specific problem with dialers in germany. There is a new german law that forces dialers to be registerde at the regtp. Regtp is an official organization which registers all dialers, 0190 and 0900 - telephone numbers.

An unregistered dialer offers the user not to pay the bill. A dialer will registered by the regtp if the user is asked twice if he wnats to use it only. At first the user has to agree installing the software. In a second step the user has to agree with the connection to the internet by the software installed before. In this second step the user has to be informed about the costs of the connection - both per minute and per total.
f the information isn´t done according to german law, the dialer won´t be registered and the customer is allowed to refuse the bill.

So you have to take care of the billing companies.

I concur with you on that Steve.....

If Bone made 60k - 70k on a dialer that charges $8.00/minute

He made out good if he just loses 10k

That is the risk you take when you deal with a company charging outrageous prices....

Look at the Paris Hilton saga.....some webmasters made a nice chunk of change even though they haven't received the last couple of wires.
