I'm doing a little research for a screenplay I'm writing. It's based around a house with an ocean view in New York. Not an excellent neighborhood, but an okay one with no crime, etc...
How much do you guys think it would be worth? The house was built in or around 1970's...
I did some research on the net and found a few that sold for about 80-110k....
