a) WebScout.com could easily be worth $90k to a well-funded company
seeking to create a portal, search engine or whatever.
b) Because I have development plans and it would not be worth
my while to me to sell for much less than that.
c) It's the first domain I ever bought (May 1997) and has sentimental value.
