Nastydollars has great sites to promote, which is why every webmaster on the net promotes them. This oversaturation of their sites is probably the cause of your poor ratios. If you get ratios of 1:100 with ND it means ur either an email spammer or a SE spammer (which is most probably the case since ND dont allow mailing)
Straight up dont deny it. Normal ratio with ND with free sites or galleries should be around 1:1000.
