They shut me down once also. Their policies suck for real.
You would think they care about their customers -- but they try to be internet police instead.
And their method of modifying your domains nameservers is moronic, that takes days to propogate even if they admit it was their fault!

Do not use GoDaddy.
They don't make money selling domains.
They make money fucking their customers.
Plenty of people here have lost domains to their terms of services.
For example they will take your domain if one surfer contacts
them saying you have spammed.
We recently paid $80 to get a domain renewed which was in
redemption. Now we've paid to have it transfered to another
registrar twice and they have fucked it up each time. I've rang
them a number of times and waited up to 30 mins to be
answered. One guy I asked 5-6 times if there were any problems
with the transfer and he said it was fine.
