                                                                                            I have said from the get go that I mimiced his style. As far as I am aware, there is no law there against that. I never took or used images from Fletch. Everything I did was from scratch. As a designer, you should know that that is the be all and end all. I have the original files for everything I've done and have offered on more than one occasion to post them up.

                                                                                            As for the programming. 1 million more programmers can come forward. I had nothing to do with the coding of CJOverkill. I know a little bit of php, but hardly enough to write a trading script.

                                                                                                            2. a few weeks later, the guy stumbles into my portfolio from GFY.

                                                                                                            3. He emails me asking if I would like to see the work he was sold. since he recognizes the templates as MY WORK.

                                                                                                            4. I look at the work and point him to the templates in my portfolio, that Candyflip (Jason berardi) has stolen and RESOLD.

                                                                                                            5. he is upset because he has been sold work that was not even original, so he started a thread about it.
