    question for homeowners...

    i know there's "someone" who does this...but i'm not sure who to call.

    my house is always cold even when it's warm out...don't know whether it's a window problem, or an insulation problem, or something else...

    i know some kind of company exists that does "energy audits" but i can't figure out who. anyone done this?

              thanks...thought that might be the answer but since it's not specifically a gas or electric question, didn't know if that was the direction to go in. i'll check with them :-)
